No. The trial lasts 30 days. A payment method is collected during signup, but the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless the subscription is canceled beforehand.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. You can schedule cancellation at any time. Access continues through the trial end date, and no subscription charge is made when cancellation is completed before the trial ends.
Does the person taking the medication need to be comfortable with technology?
Only basic phone, tablet, or browser use is needed for normal daily use. Founding households receive personal setup assistance.
Can Taken Today call instead of sending another notification?
Yes. Voice reminders can call when an enabled medication remains overdue. The user chooses calling hours and whether the call may update the dose record.
Can a family member help?
